Order Cancellation
Any order may be cancelled free of charge within 2 days following the online purchase date.
Custom Orders
After the 2-day period following the order date, custom-made products (e.g.: grilles, dampers, louvers, corner guards, etc.) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
Standard Products (non-custom)
These products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 15 days of receipt by the customer, provided they are new, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original intact packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the product price.

Refunds always exclude the original shipping costs.

In cases where no shipping fee was initially charged (e.g.: purchases over $1499 QC/ON or $2499 BC/AB/SK/MB/NB/NS), Disconst.com will retain an amount equivalent to the shipping costs upon refund.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 15 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Procedure
Before any return, you must email info@disconst.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Non-conforming or Defective Products
If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, the customer must contact Disconst.com within 5 days of receipt.
No restocking fee will be applied.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Disconst.com.
The customer may request, at their choice:
- a replacement product,
- an exchange,
- or a full refund.
