Shipping policy

Delivery is free for most detinations in Canada for orders over $1,499 (ON-QC) and $1,999 (BC, AB, SK, MB, NB, NS). For others provinces and territory please call customer service.

Destinations requiring air or boat delivery or destined for the rural area or north of Canada are excluded from the policy of free delivery and may require extra shipping costs.

It is important to provide us a precise and complete delivery address. In other cases, you may be charged additional fees. If we are notified or have a problem with an address, we will try to contact you to correct the situation.

Additional fees will be charged if the carrier has to go to the customer more than once. On site handling not included.
